Minimum Order Value
A minimum order value of NT$800 must be met for purchase. We only accept payment in TWD.

Payment
You can pay us using Paypal or major credit cards. Upon receiving your order, we will check on the air parcel charges to your destination and advise you accordingly. With your agreement, we will send you a Paypal invoice via email.

The credit card payment process is administered via Paypal and YOU CAN MAKE PAYMENT EVEN IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

After we have received your payment, we will proceed to fulfill your order.

Shipping
We are using Taiwan ChungHwa Post as our shipping agent.

Air mail is registered. For air parcel, a tracking number will be provided and you can track it here: http://postserv.post.gov.tw/webpost/CSController?cmd=POS4007_1
